Fabrizio ‘SixthSenSe19’ Gonzalez continues to lead the PocketFives Worldwide Rankings but has a group of Swedes behind him

For the fourth consecutive week Fabrizio ‘SixthSenSe19’ Gonzalez remained as the world’s #1-ranked online poker player, but there’s five different players from Sweden attempting to chase him down.

Gonzalez has 154.38 PLB point lead over his next closest competitor despite not having posted a qualifying cash in over a month. Gonzalez managed just four cashes this past week, and none were big enough to add to his PLB total. The last time he had a result strong enough to count was February 7 when he won the partypoker High Roller.

Lena900’ wasn’t able to take full advantage of Gonzalez’s slow week though, grabbing just one score big enough to add to his total. The former #1-ranked player beat out 187 other players to win the PokerStars Big $162 on March 5 for $5,606 and 167.93 points.

C Darwin2’ maintained his hold on the #3 spot but also failed to make up any ground on Gonzalez. Despite cashing 16 times last week, none were good enough to add to his points total. He finished the week 303.08 points behind ‘lena900’ and 457.46 behind Gonzalez.

While the top three remained unchanged this week, one player moved up three spots and into the top five for the first time since 2016. ‘Ariados’ continued his hot play as of late with a win in the partypoker $2,600 buy-in Super High Roller and a fourth place finish in the partypoker $530 buy-in High Roller on Sunday. Those two cashes added $65,376 to his bankroll and 598.01 PLB points to his total to move him from #7 to #4.

Two more players re-entered the top ten this week. Russia’s Alexandr ‘Blackk’ Trofimov went from #11 to #8 on the heels of three qualifying cashes that earned him a total of 345.53 points. His biggest score came in a PokerStars $109 Six Max Hyper Turbo for $4,532 and 151.81 points. Another Russian player, ‘veeea’ went from #13 to #9 after finishing third in a partypoker High Roller for $7,191/124.04 and runner up win another partypoker Six Max High Roller for $11,366/178.26.

Nicolas ‘PokerKaiser’ Fierro, who surpassed $10,000,000 in lifetime earnings this week, dropped from #8 to #12.
